Description

  • Fixes failing test on main - org.opensearch.remotestore.RemoteStoreClusterStateRestoreIT#testFullClusterRestoreDoesntFailWithConflictingLocalState

There are two PRs which are fixing two different test failures on main and are blocked on each other(cyclic dependency).

One this this PR other is #10835
